이번 대회에서는 각 경기일 출항신고를 첨부되어진 원거리수상레저활동신고서를 작성하여 서명후 제출하고 무전기를 받아가는 것으로 이루어집니다.

All boats shall report the check out with submit the check-out report form with the signature. In addition to signing out and signing in each boat must collect a VHF radio from the race office. The check out report shall be submitted before start of the race.
